Lunita, our jungle oasis
Lunita is a private (gated) property in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Only our retreat guests and staff will have access to Lunita during our stay. Lunita is nestled in the serenity of the jungle, near a private cenote and a short drive from the ocean.

Book your flights (we will help coordinate): choose an early arrival flight.
Meet our group inside Cancun Int’l Airport.
Group shuttles to and from the retreat are provided: 20-minute ride.

Prepare to indulge in the freshest and healthiest meals, as Lunita is dedicated to sourcing locally and seasonally. This commitment ensures that every dish is made with high-quality ingredients. Menus may vary based on the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables, allowing us to embrace the natural diversity of each season. Expect a dynamic and ever-evolving selection of options at our buffet, filled with variety and creativity, all designed to nourish your body. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs. Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.

We will ask all participants to share their allergies and sensitivities to make sure our chef can plan ahead and accommodate everyone’s health needs.

Lunita has eight magical nature-aligned bungalows.
BUNGALOWS:
Enjoy your stay in energetically curated spaces. Each bungalow has a queen size bed + a day bed, and is complete with 2 yoga mats + 2 cushions for your practice.

Our days will flow with balance of activities and relaxation. You’ll find plenty of time to immerse yourself in the magical environment, unwind by the pool, or curl up in a hammock with your journal for quiet moments of contemplation.
As the sun sets, we will gather around a crackling bonfire, sharing stories and sinking deeper into relaxation—nourishing mind, body, and soul.
All group activities are invitations! If you, for any reason, wish to skip activities, you are more than welcome to spend your time however feels best to you.

Colleen has revolutionized the way people approach fitness by blending ballet-inspired movement, strength training, and cardio into a holistic workout that transforms both body and mind. Her method has inspired instructors and practitioners worldwide, emphasizing precision, grace, and empowerment.
With decades of experience as a personal trainer, coach, and fitness innovator, Colleen is dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. Breathwork + Soundbath Facilitator
Nadine Tlili is a trauma-informed breathwork coach, empowerment photographer, sound bath practitioner, and retreat facilitator with a background in environmental psychology. She brings the transformative benefits of breathwork, sound healing, and empowerment photography to retreats—creating immersive experiences designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression.
Through breathwork, participants are guided to connect deeply with their inner landscape, accessing the body’s innate intelligence to release stored tension and restore balance. Sound baths use frequency and vibration to calm the mind, support energetic realignment, and invite a profound sense of peace. Empowerment photography serves as an integrative practice—helping individuals witness themselves with compassion, confidence, and renewed clarity. Together, these modalities open a space for healing, creative exploration, and embodied transformation.
