TICKET POLICY
We want you to feel fully supported in your decision to join us. Here’s how our ticket policy works:
Refund Window:
You are welcome to schedule a call with us. If, after our conversation, it seems that the retreat isn’t the right fit, you may request a refund (minus transaction fees) within 7 days of your purchase date. For tickets purchased within 30 days of the retreat start date, a 24-hour refund window applies instead of the standard 7 days.
Possible Ticket Transfers:
Retreat tickets remain transferable. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to arrange the transfer details, which must be approved by the retreat host to ensure the best experience for all participants. Transfers must be completed no later than 20 days before the retreat begins and only if all payments are current.
Non-Refundable Policy:
After the applicable refund window, all received payments become non-refundable in order to maintain eligibility for travel insurance coverage.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending. It offers peace of mind—and protection—just in case.
